Questions and Next Steps

Common Questions

What does the audit include?

A comprehensive on-site and data-driven review of your Energy, Water, and Waste systems, including consumption patterns, rate structures, integration gaps, and a prioritized savings report.

Is there any upfront obligation?

No. The audit is zero-obligation for qualified organizations. There is no cost to submit an inquiry, no cost for the qualification review, and no obligation to proceed after receiving the findings report.

Who qualifies?

Commercial, industrial, and institutional properties in the United States with monthly energy spend of $10,000 or more. Properties with significant water or waste spend may also qualify for those domains independently.

Is implementation required?

No. You receive a full findings report with no obligation to proceed. Implementation only moves forward if it makes strategic and economic sense for your organization.

How are savings estimated?

Savings are modeled based on your current spend profile, system conditions, utility rate structures, and comparable performance data. All estimates are directional until verified through the full audit process.

How do we know if it makes sense to move forward?

After the audit, we present the findings together. If the savings opportunity is meaningful and the implementation structure aligns with your organization's goals, we discuss next steps. If it does not make sense, we say so.
